Fee Schedule

Mediation:

• $600 per hour for first 2 parties (an additional $100 per hour is charged for each additional party)

• 4-hour minimum

• Each side pays an equal share of the fee

Arbitration:

• $700 per hour for first 2 parties (an additional $100 per hour is charged for each additional party)

• 8-hour hearing minimum – deposit of $2,800 per party due 21 days prior to hearing

• Each side pays an equal share of the fee

Discovery Referee:

• $500 per hour
