Gene has transitioned into the mediation business after litigating a wide variety of civil cases over 30+ years mostly as a defense attorney, but also as a plaintiff's attorney as well. Rather than just bat around a bunch of numbers, Gene puts this wide-ranging experience to good use by drilling down on the lynch pin issues in the case early-on in the mediation in order to bring about a meeting of the minds of the parties with respect to how these issues are likely to play out at trial if the case were tried 10 times.
